Massala Maggi with Massala Tea
For 4 people
Onion - 1 medium size finely chopped
Green peeper- 2 pcs finely chopped
Potato - 1 medium size, finely cut
Green pea - 100 gram ( if available)
Maggi - 4 packet of single pcs
Water, Salt, Turmeric powder - according to requirement
Put 3 table spoon mustard oil in a pan, when it starts boiling, put green peeper in it, After it add onion and other vegetables, Fry it for 3-4 minute, then add maggi in it, fry maggi for 1-2 minute. Add maggi masala, turmeric powder and salt according to taste.
Then add water according to requirement, cook it
Then according to your choice keep it Dry, Semi- Dry or Like Soup.

Milk- 3 cup
Water - 2 cup
Sugar - 3 spoon
Tea - 1/2 tea spoon
Tejpatta( Bay leafs)- 3-4 pcs
Elaichi (Cardamon) - 2 pcs
Dalchini (Cinnamon) -1 inch pcs in 4-5 small pieces
Boil water in a pan with sugar, tejpatta ( Bay leaf ), elaichi ( Cardamon ) and Dalchinni ( Cinnamon).
After 2-3 boil, put 1/2 tea spoon tea of your favourite Brand. After 2-3 boil, add milk. boil it on medium flame, after 2-3 boil, your massala tea is ready to serve.
